- What file formats do you accept?
- PDB and mmCIF for antigen structures, FASTA for antibody or protein sequences, and structured CSV for prior assay or expression data. We can also start from an AlphaFold or AlphaFold-Multimer prediction.
- Can you design bispecific antibodies?
